Who handles your information?

What information do you send?
The contact form collects your name, email address, enquiry topic and message, plus your company name if provided. Please do not enter health information, patient data or other sensitive information.
Why do we use your information?
We use your information to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible collaboration. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How does the form work?
Your enquiry is sent to our email address. An essential session cookie helps protect the form against forged requests and misuse. Hosting and email infrastructure are involved in transmitting and storing the message. To limit abuse, we store a pseudonymised identifier derived from the IP address and attempt timestamps. Records inactive for more than 24 hours are removed during subsequent checks; without new requests, they may remain until the next check. This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies.
Retention and your requests
We retain messages for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the related business correspondence. For information about your data, corrections or deletion requests, contact info@sintis.hr.
